Shipping policy

Delivery is carried out via a transport company.

The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products may not give rise to the allocation of damages or the cancellation of the order to the benefit of the buyer. However, Les Editions Lucine will make its best efforts to ensure that the products are delivered within the stated deadlines, i.e., less than one week upon receipt of payment.

The transport risk is borne entirely by the buyer. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the said goods. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their content upon delivery in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, and/or take photos to support their claim. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within 7 days following delivery, by mail or by email.
