If you would like your order delivered to an address other than your own, you will need to check the "delivery to another address" box on the delivery page of the order process, then re-enter your details (name, surname, address, etc.). You will then see in the "my details" section that your billing address will remain the address you entered when creating your account. This will allow you to have your package delivered to someone else.

You will receive an email with the tracking number notifying you that your package has left the warehouse. Typical delivery times are between two (2) and five (5) days from the final order confirmation (subject to product availability and the accuracy of the information provided). In any event, these times will not exceed thirty (30) days.

You can track your parcel's delivery using the tracking number in the confirmation email you received. You will be asked to enter your tracking number (found in the confirmation email) on the website of TNT, FedEx, DHL, or Colissimo.

Lucine Publishing cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including in particular in the event of a total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communications).

Your parcel will be delivered to the delivery address you specified.

Lucine Publishing cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the resulting delays or delivery errors. In such cases, all costs incurred for reshipping the order will be borne entirely by the customer.

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the products.

Delivery to a Pickup Point (Delivery time usually 24/48 hours)

The package is handled by the postal service and delivered against signature to the delivery address provided by the customer. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left at the address provided, allowing them to collect their package from the nearest post office. Packages are held at the post office for 15 calendar days. If the package is not collected within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Éditions Lucine, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, deduct any incurred costs, and the original shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery to a Pickup Point (Delivery time usually 48 hours)

This delivery method allows the customer to receive their package at the nearest Pickup Point within 24 to 72 hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The customer is notified by email as soon as the package arrives at the chosen Pickup Point. The package will be held for 10 calendar days. After this period, the package will be returned to Éditions Lucine, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, deduct any associated costs, and the original shipping costs will remain the customer's responsibility.

PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE DURING DELIVERY
Upon receiving your order, it is important to ensure that your package has not been damaged during transport. This check must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery person. If the packaging and/or the product(s) have been damaged, note the defects and damage on the carrier's delivery slip. You can also refuse the package. This delivery slip will be an important document for Les Editions Lucine or the carrier to provide compensation (refund, exchange).

CUSTOMS
If you have placed an order to a country outside the European Union, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes are charged once the package arrives in the destination country. As your order may be held by customs, you may have to pay additional fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale businesses).

PayPal is a secure online payment system. If you open a PayPal account, you simply need to fund your account with a credit card via a secure connection, and then send a transfer order by email when making an online purchase.

By choosing to pay via PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account. Once the PayPal payment is confirmed, you can complete your order on the website.
Your Paypal account will be debited immediately after final order confirmation.

This system does not generate any additional fees when you pay.
