If you want delivery to an address other than your own: you will need, on the delivery page of the order process, to check the box "delivery to another address", then re-enter your details (name, first name, address...). You will then see in the "my details" section that your billing address will remain the address you entered when creating your account. You can thus have your package delivered to someone else.

You will receive an email with the tracking number alerting you that your package has left the warehouse. The usual delivery times are between two (2) and five (5) days from the final order confirmation (subject to product availability and accuracy of the information provided). In any case, these times shall not exceed thirty (30) days.

You have the option to track the shipping stages of your package using the tracking number included in the confirmation email you received. You will be asked to enter your package number (found in the confirmation email) on the TNT, Fedex, DHL, or Colissimo website.

Les éditions Lucine cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including, notably, in case of total or partial strikes, especially postal services and means of transport and/or communications).

Your package will be delivered to the delivery address you provided.

Les éditions Lucine cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the resulting delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipping the order will be entirely borne by the Customer.

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the products.

Delivery to Pickup Point (Usually observed delivery time 24h/48h)

The package is handled by the Post Office and delivered against signature at the delivery address provided by the Customer. In case of absence during delivery, a delivery notice is left at the delivery address provided by the Customer, allowing them to collect their package at the nearest post office. Packages are held at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. If not collected within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Les Éditions Lucine, who reserves the right to refund the product price, deducting various incurred costs, and the remaining shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.

Delivery to Pickup Point (Usually observed delivery time 48h)

This delivery method allows the customer to receive their package at the Pickup Point closest to their home within 24 to 72 hours from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. The customer is notified by email as soon as the package arrives at the chosen pickup point. The package remains available for 10 calendar days. Beyond this period, the package will be returned to Les Éditions Lucine, who reserves the right to refund the product price, deducting various incurred costs, and the remaining shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.

PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE UPON DELIVERY
Upon receipt of your order, it is important to ensure that your package has not been damaged during transport. This check must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery person. If the packaging of your package and/or the product(s) has been damaged, note the defects and damages on the carrier's delivery slip. You can also refuse the package. This transport slip will be an important supporting document so that Les Éditions Lucine or the carrier can compensate you (refund, exchange).

CUSTOMS
If you placed an order destined for a country outside the European Union, please note that customs fees and import taxes are charged once the package has arrived in the destination country. Your order being held by customs, you may have to pay additional fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail and wholesale businesses).
